Description
Sparkling white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 11.5% ABV, 100% Solaris, produced by Cantina 837. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A sparkling wine born from the passion of three friends for the mountains and their unique terroir. A wine distinguished by its compactness, variety, and body. On the nose, it offers an explosion of floral and fruity aromas. Notes of meadow grass intertwine with sensations of quince, citrus, and chestnut blossom, all wrapped in a pleasant bed of yeast. It has a straw yellow color, enhanced by subtle green-yellow reflections. The perlage is very fine and persistent. On the palate, it is savory, fruity, and full-bodied, with a lingering finish reminiscent of soft almonds.

The mountains of Carnia, caskets of biodiversity and breathtaking landscapes, are suffering from a silent exodus. Villages empty, uncultivated fields multiply, traditions are lost. But we have a hope that is also a certainty: environmentally friendly agriculture, a valuable ally in reversing the trend and sowing the seeds of a flourishing future.
In uncharted territory, innovation becomes the key to achieving the impossible. PIWI, A COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY. For us, sustainability is not just a word, but a concrete commitment that is reflected in every choice, from the vineyard to the bottle. PIWI vines, which are resistant to the mountain climate and fungal diseases, allow us to grow grapes in a natural way, drastically reducing or completely eliminating the use of pesticides and fungicides.
