Description
This extra brut classic method sparkling rosé wine is produced by Ca di Frara in Lombardy. A tribute to the family tradition, dating back to 1905, of passionately cultivating the Oliva Gessi vineyards. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, it has aged for 54 months in bottle. The resulting wine has a deep, brilliant pink color. On the nose, it reveals aromas of ripe berries, such as blackberries, raspberries, and currants. On the palate, it is savory, dry, and pleasantly fruity, with hints of licorice typical of Pinot Noir vinified as a red wine.
