Description
Extra Brut Classic Method sparkling wine, produced by Buvoli - L'Opificio del Pinot Nero. A 100% Pinot Noir Blanc de Noirs from Veneto. A wine that expresses the producer's passion for bubbles, aged for three years on the lees. The nose immediately reveals a sense of delicate elegance, with notes of dried flowers, citrus fruit jelly, white peach, and yellow plum, finishing with aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, clean, and creamy, with an intense minerality.
