Description
Extra brut sparkling rosé from Champagne, produced by Brocard Pierre. 0.75L bottle. A tribute to Pinot Noir, vinified using the Saignée method, it offers an explosion of flavors: jammy red fruits, strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants, and hints of violet, pepper, and cinnamon. The Alain Bernard Champagne House, a family-run business since 1912, is located in Dizy, a stone's throw from Epernay. The palate is well-structured with a very pronounced vinosity, then the finish is rounded off by notes of red fruits, light vanilla, and hints of licorice.
