Description
The 'Bianco' is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and a touch of Viognier. Hints of fruit, such as grapefruit and gooseberry, precede a finish characterised by floral notes. Not having undergone malolactic fermentation, the wine shows an enchanting freshness. At the same time, five-month ageing on the lees, one-third in barriques and two-thirds in steel vats, guarantees an excellent structure.
