Description

What kind of wine is it

Bottega Rosè Zero Alcohol presents a delicate pink colour, enlivened by a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet reveals intense aromas of grape must, hints of red fruits and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it offers a sweet and balanced sip, characterised by a soft and refreshing structure. This alternative for toasts stands out for its lively finish, making it ideal for pairing with fresh cheeses or for creating fruity cocktails.

Where does it come from

This rosé expression originates in Veneto, a region renowned for its tradition in producing lively sparkling wines. Produced by Bottega, this offering results from careful oenological research aimed at providing a satisfying experience during convivial moments. The Sparkling Life line focuses on the meticulous processing of grape must, with the aim of enhancing the natural freshness and vibrancy of the aromas. Careful technical management ensures the floral character of the raw material is preserved intact.

How is it produced

Production begins with a rigorous selection of bunches, which are destemmed and gently pressed. The must rests in refrigerated tanks to prevent fermentation, preserving the primary aromas of the fruit. Effervescence is developed following the principles of the Charmat method, by adding carbon dioxide to achieve a lively and elegant mousse. After filtration and bottling, no ageing is carried out, a technical choice aimed at maintaining the clear olfactory expressiveness and immediate pleasantness of the taste.

History and Curiosities

Born from the experience of Bottega, a historic Venetian company founded in 1977, Sparkling Life Rosé Zero Alcohol was created from a brilliant idea by oenologist Fabrizio Dorigo. This refined alcohol-free sparkling wine is produced using carefully selected grape must, stored in refrigerated tanks to prevent fermentation. The result is a multi-award-winning excellence, ideal for those who wish to enjoy a toast without alcohol. Thanks to its fine perlage, it evokes the charm of tradition while offering freshness and liveliness.

Origin Veneto
Production technique Selection of the grape bunches, destemming and gentle pressing; storage of the must in refrigerated tanks to prevent alcoholic fermentation; addition of carbon dioxide, then filtration and bottling.
Wine making After a careful selection of the grape bunches, harvested in the most suitable areas when analyses show a good balance between sugars and acidity, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. This produces a must which is kept in refrigerated tanks to prevent the start of alcoholic fermentation. After the addition of carbon dioxide, the product is filtered and bottled.
Aging After the addition of carbon dioxide, the product is filtered and bottled.
