Still red Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, 15% ABV, produced by Bolla. Blend: 85% Corvina, 15% Rondinella. Vintage: 2019. An Amarone that embodies the tradition of the Bolla family, pioneers in the production of this iconic wine. The first winery dates back to 1883 in Soave. Warm and intense aroma, with sweet notes of ripe red fruits, vanilla, and chocolate. Intense ruby red with a slight garnet edge. Velvety and full on the palate, with a finish of plum and coffee. Overall, an elegant, soft, and concentrated wine.
