| Story | History and CuriositiesThe Alma Non Dosato Assemblage 3 represents the artisanal excellence of Bellavista in Franciacorta. The result of a refined blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, it combines the finest selections from twenty-five vineyards with a precious proportion of reserve wines. The skilful maturation between steel and small barrels, followed by a rigorous 26-month ageing on the lees with manual remuage, gives the wine remarkable depth. This zero dosage interpretation offers an energetic, taut and vibrant sip, bolstered by the 92 points awarded by James Suckling. |
