Organic Franciacorta DOCG Riserva pas dosé sparkling wine, produced by Barone Pizzini, 2016 vintage. Blend: 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir. A Franciacorta that celebrates the history of a family and a region, with careful grape selection and long aging on the lees. Soft pressing, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and barrique. Aged 6 months in barriques - 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottle aging on the lees: 60 months. Spicy aromas of ripe fruit, yeast, and aromatic herbs. Intense yellow. Rich, full-bodied, and well-structured on the palate.
