Description

Type of wine

The Crémant d’Alsace Rosé Brut by Arthur Metz is a rosé sparkling wine from the Alsace appellation, an authentic expression of Pinot Noir, vinified as a rosé to enhance its bright coppery reflections. Crafted strictly according to the Traditional Method, it is characterised by a Brut profile that balances an elegant dryness with the natural fleshiness of the fruit. On the palate, the texture is creamy yet extremely smooth, accompanied by a lively acidity and a fine, persistent perlage that ensures a pleasantly clean and fragrant finish.

How it is produced

The production process requires a slow overall maturation of thirty-six months, an essential step in defining the wine's sensory profile. The initial stage takes place in oak barrels, followed by secondary fermentation and a long period of resting on the lees, as required by the Traditional Method.
