Description
Brut Champagne made using the classic method, produced by Apollonis Champagne Michel Loriot. A wine born from a passion for viticulture and music, it features a blend of 71% Pinot Meunier and 29% Chardonnay. The nose is dominated by apple and citrus notes, leading to a fresh and mineral palate. A tribute to the Festigny terroir in the Marne Valley, where the Loriot family has been producing champagne since 1890.
