Description
A still, green red, a 2020 Etna Rosso Feudo di Mezzo, 14% ABV, produced by Alta Mora in Sicily. A wine that expresses the power of the volcano through the purity of Nerello Mascalese. Essences of black cherry and plum embrace notes of violet and wild rose, with hints of mint and eucalyptus. Maceration at 28°C for 18-21 days. Aged in large 25hl barrels and tonneaux. Soft on the palate, with freshness and savory balance with velvety tannins. A wine that best expresses Etna's volcanic terroir, perfect for pairing with red meats and Sicilian cuisine.
