Description
It is a wine where very different geological, microclimatic and cultural factors intersect. The grapes from which it is produced, in fact, come partly from the Haberle estate in Salurn, on the left orographic side of the Adige Valley, and partly from the vineyards of Penon, on the opposite side of the valley, just above the village of Margreid. Both plots extend at an altitude of around 500 metres and offer ideal conditions for this grape variety.
