Blend: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Schiava - Vernatsch. 0.75 l bottle, 2020 vintage, 11.5% ABV. A wine that embodies Alois Lageder's biodynamic philosophy, with a conscious approach to natural resources. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation in wooden barrels (approximately 12 months). Fruity (cherry, berry), spicy. Cherry red color with ruby reflections. Medium-bodied, fresh tannins, linear, savory.
