Brut Champagne, traditional method, from Champagne, France, 12.5% ABV, produced by Alain Mercier et Fils. 0.75L bottle. A Champagne that expresses the producer's passion and dedication, with a fine perlage and a complex bouquet. The estate comprises 4 hectares of Chardonnay, 4 hectares of Pinot Meunier, and 2 hectares of Pinot Noir, and produces approximately 80,000 bottles. Aromas of exotic and white fruit, followed by notes of orange, stone fruit, and cinnamon. Upon pouring, subtle spicy notes, mocha, chocolate, and praline, develop. Golden yellow color. Fresh, powerful, full-bodied, and rounded on the palate.
