Vinchio-Vaglio Serra

The story of Vinchio and Vaglio Serra is the story of their inhabitants' love for a rugged, meagre land with such steep slopes. A land whose steep, overhanging vineyards at the edge of the woods have been trained at the cost of unspeakable hard work. As a result, every drop of Barbera, also named the 'ruby of Vinchio', is equivalent to a thousand drops of sweat shed. But hard work and dedication are always repaid; these vineyards give rare and exceptional grapes. Moreover, because the sun shines all day long on these hills, frost and fog are absent, and the rows only shadow themselves from dawn to dusk.
On these hills, great wines are born.
