Harvesters-Manipulants, Vignerons-Indépendants, we control each stage. From the pressing to the fermentation, from the blending (carried out by the family to guarantee the taste of Pascal Hénin champagne) to the bottling, from the packaging to the shipping. The complete elaboration of the wines is carried out at the House. Combining tradition and new technologies, Pascal masters all the stages of vinification. Each blend, each cuvée is his work. The bottles are then aged in our cellars.
