Martin Pasler

The Martin Pasler winery is located in Austria on the shores of Lake Neusiedl, in the region of Burgenland, a wonderful place known for centuries for its high winemaking vocation. Martin Pasler is an oenologist who, after having gained various experiences around the world, has decided to recover the family vineyards and start the production of wine.

His philosophy aims at the highest possible quality and all processes are carried out with respect for the environment and man, which is why he chose the path of organic viticulture.

In the vineyards there is space for typical varieties such as zweigel and welschriesling, berries that can be considered autochthonous to the area. The range of wines includes a few labels, which also testifies to the commitment to achieving an absolute quality standard. Martin Pasler has a clear goal: to produce the best wines in the world.
