Description
Still red from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 14.5% ABV, produced by Ronco del Gnemiz. Blend of Merlot and Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, 2022 vintage. A wine that embodies the soul of Friuli, a red that combines the structure of Merlot with the complexity of Refosco. This winery, based in San Giovanni al Natisone, in the province of Udine, was founded in the 1960s. On the nose, aromas of red fruit precede a palate with refreshing acidity, complemented by notes of licorice. A wine that pairs perfectly with red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
