Description
Just one barrel has been made because of the hail, which is a tragedy because the remaining crop has become excellent wine! The nose displays a notably perfumed fruit, before the classical Pommard structure kicks in. Louis will give this a fining before bottling to round out the tannins.

The use of chemical fertilizers or herbicides is banned, pruning is tight and yields are quite low. In the cellar the use of new barrels is very limited and the extractions are very delicate. The wines of Boillot came primarily underlined by a refinement and adherence to the terroir. Read more
