Pinot Grigio is the "symbol" wine of Lo Triolet. The first plant of pinot grigio was made in 1988, with the aim of replanting the old family vineyards by planting an early variety that would ensure optimal ripening even at 800-900 meters of altitude in the Municipality of Introd.
The choice of this vine has been decisive for the development of the company, because it has attracted great interest from the "good wine" lovers since the first vintage.
