Description

The experience begins with a stroll through the estate's vineyards, where you will discover the cultivated varieties and agricultural methods firsthand. The route continues with a visit to the ancient Palmento.The core of the visit is the tasting: a guided journey through four selected Planeta wines to compare styles, aromatic profiles, and regional characteristics.Next comes a technical session dedicated to tasting three organic Planeta extra virgin olive oils, focusing on sensory evaluation of cultivars, intensity, and fruity notes.The experience concludes with a selection of typical local gastronomic tastings, paired to enhance the organoleptic characteristics of the tasted wines and oils, and a light lunch.

How to Get to the Winery
How to reach us

From Catania or Taormina, take the A19 highway and exit at Fiumefreddo.
From the state road, follow the signs for Randazzo.
Once in Passopisciaro, immediately after the square, follow the signs towards
Mount Etna (strada Quota mille).
On the right side of the road, you will find the white wooden signs for
‘’Planeta Sciaranuova’’.
The entrance to the estate is on the right side of the road with a sign on the
gate wall and on the sides of the road.
