Thanks to the founder's intuition, for more than 70 years, in Carbet, the sugar-cane breeding area, Bally produces its beautiful rhum millesimates.
Starting from the assumption that sugar cane has different characteristics for each crop, in order to enhance it, it is necessary to pass through distinct distillations and refinements. The same rhum that will become the great millesim of Bally, are also assembled together and bottled young, to get the rhum blanc ideal as cocktail bases. Read more
