	Colour Straw yellow.
	Bouquet Intense aromas of jasmine and white fruit such as apple, citrus fruits in particular lime, and closes with a hint of bread crust. Thin and elegant nose.
	Flavour The sip is striking for the creaminess of the bubble, the freshness is important and closes with return of rennet apple. Good persistence.
