From the hills of Piceno area, an intense wine, rich in history, CasalFarneto Pecorino is fresh, mineral, balanced and harmonious. In this DOC white wine, personality and tradition perfectly combine respecting the vine’s typical features.

Colour

Straw yellow.

Bouquet

Characteristic varietal odour, quite intense and persistent of fruit and white flowers, acacia and broom.

Flavour

It is a wine of great varietal expression. In the palate the smell sensations are confirmed and develop in balance between freshness and flavour. Fine, persistent, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Pairing

As an aperitif, with seafood dishes and vegetable soups, medium structured cheeses and the classic “Oliva Ascolana del Piceno” (breaded olives stuffed with meat).
