An exceptional expression of Francacorta's terroir, the cuvée is dedicated to Annamaria Clementi, founder of Ca' del Bosco and mother of current owner Maurizio Zanella. A sparkling wine of excellence made with grapes selected from the estate's best cru, it is presented only in the best vintages. The very long bottle ageing of no less than 7 years in contact with yeasts creates a great elegant wine with a very fine bubble, a very complex bouquet and long persistence in the mouth.

	Bouquet On the nose, it offers fragrances of yellow-fleshed fruit, mango, pollen, candied citrus, dried fruit and sharp mineral sensations in an easy and enjoyable drinkability.
	Flavour The taste is enveloping and structured but lively, played on fragrant and ripe fruit notes, rejuvenated by the citrusy-tasty framework.

Production technique	Careful vinification and long bottle ageing for 7 years in contact with yeasts.
Vinification	The Cuvée Annamaria Clementi is the result of the quest for excellence first in the vineyard and then in the cellar. The base wines are obtained by the alcoholic fermentation of the first must, about 40% of grape weight, directly in small oak barrels for about 7 months. No compromise, only the best base wines, from at least 10 different crus, are then blended to give rise to this extraordinary cuvée. The very long bottle ageing for 7 years in contact with the yeasts in cellars at a controlled and constant temperature of 12°C determines its unique profile: an extraordinary Franciacorta.
