||The grapes are harvested separately when all fully ripe.
||The whole grapes are placed in the pneumatic press, then the must is first decanted before being transferred to temperature-controlled fermentation tanks. The wines are blended at the end of the fermentation process and remain in their fine lees for at least 7 months. Bottling takes place 11 months after harvesting.
||Suitable to accompany starters, pasta and soups, fish dishes. Aperitifs.
