||In temperature controlled stainless steel containers for 18 days at a controlled temperature of +18 to +22 °C.
||Stored in the cellar in stainless steel vats at a constant temperature of +12° C, stabilised in refrigeration rooms until bottling.
||Good as an aperitif, pairs marvellously well with all fish-based appetizers, excellent with vegetable soups, remarkable with white meats accompanied by sauces.
