Castello di Pomino (Frescobaldi)
The sight is limpid and brown, with brilliant reflexes giallopaglierino intense. The nose is intense with aromas net and elegant white flowers like lily of the valley and hawthorn followed by aromas of white fruit pulp such as apple, pear, peach and banana. The bouquet is completed with fine mineral notes. The mouth is intense, soft and smooth, refined elegance and balanced. Shows a good flavor and a nice freshness. This wine is fresh and very fine with a long and fascinating final taste.

Climate The budget is very positive, particularly for the excellent quality of grapes. The spring, as in previous years, was marked by persistent rains that have tested winegrowers for work involving management of vegetation and defense health, but both have well-stocked aquifers. The months of June and July 2009 were instead characterized by discrete precipitation did catch spring vegetation and caused an early maturation. The vines are so worked best and grapes matured slightly earlier than last year. Moreover, the cool nights and warm days and sunny that have occurred in September meant that the grapes could come to full maturity and produce high quality wines. The favorable seasonal pattern has offered the best conditions to bring mature fruits in the cellar, the acidity and a good aromatic complexity.
