A unique wine, whose vineyard of origin, the Sirica, precisely, has common characteristics in the DNA with Teroldego, Refosco and Sirah, and was rediscovered in the secular Taurasi vineyards thanks to studies conducted in collaboration with the University of Naples and Milan. The color is deep ruby red; nose red fruits and herbal notes. The palate is soft and persistent with delicate tannins. Indicated first by meat sauce and red meat.
Ruby red with a vinous, with hints of red fruit, slightly vegetal
Taste fresh and soft, spicy, with good structure and persistence in the mouth. Soft tannins, not astringent.
