||White sweet from grapes with noble rot sweet
||17% Sauvignon, 80% Semillon, 3% Muscadelle
||Once the crop has been picked, the slow, gentle extraction of the juces is carried out in pneumatic presses. After a light settling of the must, it is then fermented in barrels, of which 15% are renewed every year. The fermentation is slow and carefully controlled and last 3 to 4 weeks. At the end of the fermentation the wine is aged in barrels for a periodo of 13 to 18 months, depending the vintage. The wines are bottled without any fining and after just one filtering.
