Chateau Bastor-Lamontagne
Aged on its fermentation lees, the wine shows subtle aromas of citrus fruit, such as grapefruit and cystallised lemon, with hints of vanilla coming from the ageing in oak barrels. The texture is tight on the palate, reflecting the density of the botrytis and the concentration obtained. Fat and full without being heavy, thanks to a good acidity great freshness. Powerful and spicy inthe finish, showing great potential for a long ageing in bottle.
