||The soil is calciferous loam with gravel.
||The grapes were harvested by hand in small bins and gently pressed after a short period of maceration.
||Fermentation at controlled temperature (18° C) in small steel tanks, where maturation takes place without malolactic fermentation.
||Aging and maturation for a minimum of 6 months in small steel containers.
||Pairs wonderfully with food, especially antipastos with fish and ripe smoked cheese, white meat dishes and swordfish or seafood. Exciting as an accompaniment to spicy dishes, Oriental cuisine and spicy, aromatic creations.
