||Aged on fine lees in stainless steel and used oak barrels.
||Good if paired with cold appetizers, dishes with fish raw or cooked (shellfish, mussels, clams), seafood (sea snails, shrimp, oysters), white meat and spicy food, desserts made with dried fruit (nuts, walnuts)
