Pinot Grigio vines grow especially well in cold climates, and thanks to the altitude ranging from 120 to 170 meters above sea level, the fairly clayey soil composed of Eocene marl, and a good temperature range, the Friulian company is able to offer a fragrant and full-bodied DOC wine that proudly represents their territory. This Friulian winery grows Pinot Grigio on its 4,500-hectare estate vineyards and uses the Guyot method. To produce this white wine, the winery uses only 100% Pinot grapes, placing them whole in the presses for a gentle pressing. Afterwards, the skins are immediately separated from the must and the wine is fermented in steel tanks. The wine is then left to mature on the lees in steel tanks for approximately six months, before being bottled and left to age for another two months.
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0652/6789/2395/files/torre-rosazza-pinot-grigio-2024_61303_1_ce76070b-b70e-46e3-889a-64feb23d7ec9.webp?v=1779898702
