It is a historic winery in the \u003cb\u003eBolgheri\u003c\/b\u003e area, located along the Etruscan coast, in the Maremma region. The idea of planting vineyards in this area originated with \u003cb\u003eMario Incisa della Ricchetta\u003c\/b\u003e who, fascinated by \u003cb\u003eBordeaux\u003c\/b\u003e, dreamed of creating his own classy wine in 1920.
