Manual harvesting in small 17 kg crates during the first ten days of October. Soft pressing of the grapes preceded by careful selection of the berries. Fermentation in 25 hl Slavonian oak vats. Aged for 30 months in 40 hl lightly toasted Slavonian oak barrels. Aged for at least 6 months in bottle before release. The nose reveals floral aromas of violet, cyclamen, and jasmine, notes of fresh fruit, and hints of spice. A moderately deep ruby red color with light garnet reflections.
