After aging for 48 months, the wine is riddled with must, then disgorged and bottled. The bubbles are fine and very persistent. A bouquet of red fruits on the nose, with crisp notes of raspberry, blueberry, and freshly picked cherry intertwined with spicy and smoky notes.
