Taste

Taste

The structure is fragrant and defined, with a very present minerality balanced by alcohol and acidity. The taste is persistent, with a slightly bitter almond finish.

The Marangona was the bell that marked the carpenters' working hours, and in Pozzolengo it used to hang from the Corte Marangona, a farmhouse from the seventeenth century in which, since 1973, the winery of the same name has been operating.

Now in its third generation, the winery concentrates on the production of Lugana, offering different versions: among these we like to mention the selection, the Lugana Classico Tre Campane, the Lugana Vendemmia Tardiva Rabbiosa, with November harvest of partly botrytized grapes, and the Lugana Cemento, clear reference to the container in which fermentation with maceration takes place
