Thanks to an optimal \u003cstrong\u003esouth and south-east exposure\u003c\/strong\u003e, the grapes benefit from an ideal climate to achieve full ripeness. The Guyot and pergola training systems ensure low yields, resulting in the glass in an intense structure and a \u003cstrong\u003eperfect balance\u003c\/strong\u003e between richness and freshness.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eHow it is produced\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eProduction begins with a rigorous \u003cstrong\u003emanual harvest\u003c\/strong\u003e, followed by destemming and fermentation for about 12 days in vertical vats. After pressing and a period in steel for malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for 12 months in \u003cstrong\u003eused French oak barrels\u003c\/strong\u003e, a deliberate choice to enhance the varietal aromas without overpowering the natural fruit.
