The \u003cb\u003eColle Massari winery\u003c\/b\u003e, owned by the \u003cb\u003eTipa\u003c\/b\u003e family and located in \u003cb\u003eLungagnano\u003c\/b\u003e, enjoys the privilege of being in an ideal position for growing vineyards suited to the production of great, refined and elegant red wines. The producer of \u003cb\u003eCollemassari Bolgheri Superiore Grattamacco\u003c\/b\u003e boasts 40 years of history, made of \u003cb\u003eorganic cultivation\u003c\/b\u003e, respecting the rhythms of nature, and creates this wine with 65% \u003cb\u003eCabernet Sauvignon\u003c\/b\u003e, 20% \u003cb\u003eMerlot\u003c\/b\u003e and 15% \u003cb\u003eSangiovese\u003c\/b\u003e. During the \u003cb\u003eharvest\u003c\/b\u003e, the grapes are selected and picked exclusively by hand, from the second week of September to the first week of October. The \u003cb\u003efermentation\u003c\/b\u003e is spontaneous and takes place inside small open wooden barrels. The \u003cb\u003emaceration\u003c\/b\u003e is in contact with the skins and the wine is then left to \u003cb\u003emature\u003c\/b\u003e in first and second passage barriques for 18 months.
