Fermentation and Maceration: in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 29–31°C for 10–12 days. Aged for 12–14 months in small French oak barrels and\/or French or Slavonian oak barrels, 2 months in steel, and at least 2 months in bottle. Nose: notes of fruit and fine spices, musk, and humus with hints of tobacco. Ruby red color.
