A Chianti Classico born in a corner of Tuscany known as a small earthly paradise, where Sangiovese expresses its elegance to the full. Fermentation for 14-15 days in 75Hl raw concrete vats at a maximum temperature of 28°C. Aged in 41Hl untoasted French oak barrels for approximately 13 months and in bottle for at least 3 months. Very floral, with hints of sweet violet and enriched with notes of ripe red fruits. Intense ruby red color. The minerality is well integrated and harmonized with ripe tannins. The palate reflects the aromas of red fruits, such as cherry. Full-bodied wine, with a pleasant and persistent finish.
