The vines, approximately thirty years old and trained using the spurred cordon method, guarantee \u003cstrong\u003elimited yields\u003c\/strong\u003e and a balanced maturation, concentrating the complex identity of the territory in the fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eHow it is produced\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eProduction begins in October with a rigorous \u003cstrong\u003emanual harvest\u003c\/strong\u003e.
