Made without the skins, with soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. Aged in stainless steel or glass-lined concrete tanks, along with its lees, with periodic batonnage. A few months in the bottle. Delicate yet persistent, with pleasant fruity notes. Intense and persistent, fruity and floral. Straw yellow, even deep, brilliant. Soft, full-bodied, with a good balance between taste and aroma.
