Alcoholic fermentation for 7-8 days in temperature-controlled rotofermenters. Malolactic fermentation in barriques. Aged in new medium-toasted French oak barrels for 12-14 months. After aging, the wine is transferred to stainless steel tanks for approximately 3 months and then bottled, followed by 3-4 months of bottle aging. Aromas of ripe berries, vanilla, and coffee blend into a very intense ruby red.
