Description
Cà Maiol's first expression "in red" with the 1988 vintage, this wine recalls in its name the myth of the hotel of the same name on the Côte d'Azur, a myth that finds its oenological form here in a sensory profile that is the apex of a production process forged to exalt, as for the fairytale hotel, more a style than an origin. The heterogeneity of the varieties used, their unusual composition, the drying of part of the grapes, the particularly "extractive" fermentation, and the maturing for more than a year in French oak barriques are the instruments that shape a symphony of scents and tastes that is at once joyful, refined and involving.
