High craftsmanship is its hallmark, so much so that the production processes have remained virtually unchanged since its founding. It's therefore not surprising that \u003cb\u003eBig Peat Whisky Islay Vatted\u003c\/b\u003e is not subjected to any colouring process, chill filtration or alcohol reduction.
