Zenato Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2018

Produced from the best grapes on the company's vineyard located in the classic Valpolicella area, a land charged with meaning, tradition and food and wine culture. After careful manual selection, the grapes are left to rest in small crates in the drying loft and then gently pressed.

顏色

Deep ruby red.

香氣/花束

The nose offers a dark bouquet of ash, peat, humus and potpourri, followed by rhubarb, liquorice root and sandalwood notes and hints of sour cherries, chocolate and sweet tobacco, driven by copious balsamic echoes.

味道

Great structure, with evident glyceric mass in relief, balanced by a noble tannic texture and a subtle fresh vein. Long closing, with a tasty trail and spicy hints.

Pairing

It is recommended with roasted meat, grilled meat and aged cheeses. It is also a perfect wine to be enjoyed by itself.

Location	Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella (Verona).
收成	By hand, between the last decade of September and early October. Grapes are carefully selected and left to dry in the drying lofts for 3-4 months.
釀造	The dried grapes are then pressed and macerated on the skins for 15-20 days at a temperature of 23-25°C.
陳年	In oak barrels for at least 36 months.
Sulphites	Contains sulphites
