Brunello is the quintessential Villa al Cortile wine, the absolute protagonist of the estate. Its character exalts the goodness of the Sangiovese grape and its territory of origin, Montalcino. For each vintage we always try to make recognizable the profile and intensity typical of the vine, in the sign of elegance and verticality.

香氣/花束

On the nose aromas of black cherry, rose and eucalyptus.

味道

On the palate and in the aftertaste sensations of cherry, raspberry, clove and liquorice alongside a good acidic and tannic texture.

Pairing

Brunello is a perfect companion for red meat, smoked, roasted, braised or grilled. But its classic partner remains the Florentine steak.
