The harvest of grapes from vineyards specially selected for its production, followed by a slight pressure. The fermentation takes place partly in oak barrels. Mature at least 36 months in bottle on its lees, which develops elegant creamy mousse.

Pairing

Suitable as aperitif, it is a good accompaniment above all to fish courses.
